Chad Tuttle is founder and CEO of B+T Group headquartered in Tulsa, OK.

Not your typical engineer, Chad approached B+T Group with an entrepreneurial spirit that has driven growth since its founding in 2000. Along with business partner and co-founder, Dinesh Bhat, Chad rolled up his sleeves, walked sites, analyzed towers, and talked to customers every day to get their feedback and continuously improve.

Today that drive helped grow B+T Group into a turnkey development and field services firm performing everything from site acquisition and audits to designing and constructing tower modifications. With nearly 200 employees and offices scattered across the United States, Chad continues to explore ways to grow using technology, training and continued process improvements.

Upon graduation from Oklahoma State University in 1994, Chad began his career at National Steel Erectors, Inc., building telecommunications tower sites throughout the United States. In addition to spending three years as a structural engineer for BSW International, Chad managed and served on the board of directors of a private contracting company.

Chad is a licensed engineer in 42 states, serves on the board for Arkansas/Oklahoma Wireless Association, Association of Civil Engineers and TIA committee for structural analyses.
