Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating and completing real estate activities necessary for acquiring new wireless telecommunication sites and for collocating on existing sites.

Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities):

SCIP Coordination –Coordinate with multiple parties including engineers, project managers, and field agents to assemble and submit Site Candidate Information Packages (SCIPs) for clients
­Lease Coordination – Facilitate the completion of all necessary tasks and documents to ensure a properly executed lease
Documentation – Obtain and review environmental reports; leasing, zoning and permitting documents; construction drawings; and structural analyses in order to prepare and submit applications and packages for new sites, collocations, and lease amendments
Project Coordination – Order services and facilitate timelines and expectations to ensure the completion of all site acquisition field and engineering tasks across multiple sites simultaneously; facilitate critical communications between relevant parties and regularly inform clients of site status
Quality Control – Review and verify due diligence materials and deliverables throughout the acquisition process.
Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge/Skill/Ability

Industry Knowledge – Thorough knowledge of standard real estate practices, especially those regarding leasing processes and documentation.

Communication Skills – Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver concise, understandable communications to coworkers, clients, and vendors

Computer Skills – Proficiency in the use of personal computers, including spreadsheet and word processing applications

Analytical Skills – Able to solve complicated problems given available information

Tactical Ability – Skilled at leveraging resources to achieve goals

Time Management – Exceptionally skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently

Equivalent Education/Experience

Associate’s Degree, preferably in business
Minimum 2 years of real estate site acquisition experience in the wireless industry
Experience reading and understanding A&E drawings and Structural Analyses
