Job Summary:

Responsible for planning and managing multi-site and multi-discipline projects from bidding through completion.

Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities):

Customer Retention – Maintain working relationships within the industry, or related industries.

Project Management – Manage resources, deadlines, expectations, and internal processes through project lifecycles, facilitate projects among internal departments, and provide critical project information to relevant parties.

Financial Reporting – Manage and track the financial performance of projects and report financial performance to relevant internal parties, including Vice Presidents and Directors.

Project Planning – Construct actionable plans for completing each project in line with deadline and  budget using project management tools and techniques.

Proposal Development – Collaborate with Directors, Managers and Sales personnel in completing and submitting proposals to develop new business.

Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge/Skill/Ability

Technical Knowledge – Proven knowledge of Project Management best practices
Industry Knowledge – Proven knowledge of the Wireless Telecommunication Engineering and Construction Industry
Communication Skills – Proven oral and written communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver concise, understandable communications and presentations to upper management and clients
Tactical Ability – Exceptionally skilled at leveraging resources to achieve goals
Time Management – Exceptionally skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently
Analytical Skills – Proven ability to evaluate project and financial performance
Interpersonal Skills – Poised and professional in appearance and manner with an upbeat, outgoing personality
Computer Skills – Proficiency in the use of personal computers, including presentation, word processing, spreadsheet, and project management applications

Equivalent Education/Experience

At least 6 years of progressively responsible experience in the Wireless Telecommunication Engineering and Construction Industry
Experience in project, construction, or personnel management preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or related field
PMP Certification preferred
