It goes far beyond what we have to do – our Training program is how we build enthusiasm and ownership. We train every employee – not just the sales team – in customer service. And our tower climbers receive specialized instruction on our own training towers for 2-3 weeks before they go out into the field.
Offering ongoing education, training and professional development –including time to prepare for and take engineering licensure exams – is how we stay ahead and how we work as a team to create the best value for our customers.
